Wildstar interview focuses on Aurin, ears, tails
A new interview on the Wildstar website has shed some light on one of the MMO’s first races. The chat focuses on the Aurin, and features Liara – shown in the game’s first trailer at gamescom last year – talking about why her species has its unique ears and tail, details on her homeland and her role as a scientist. I am cautiously optimistic about this one.
Some of the elements of its presentation and the gameplay mechanics do worry me, but I really like what they’re doing with everything else.
And the playful nature of that ‘interview’ is simply wonderful, I approve.
This is how you sell your game without one-upmanship.
