Three new presentations have been added to the rapidly growing schedule for GDC 2012.

In the Production Track, BioWare’s Adriana Lopez will give a talk entitled “Ownership – Dragon Age Style”. The presnetation will discuss how product owners can use their franchise control to keep team members engaged.

Taito chief game designer Reisuke Ishida will appear in the Design track, giving his first ever Western presentation, called “Five Techniques for Making an Unforgettable Game, Illustrated in Space Invaders Infinity Gene and Groove Coaster.” The presentation will be simultaneously translated from Japanese, and discuss ways to make games stand out.

Composer Austin Wintory will give a lecture called “Journey vs Monaco: Music is Storytelling” for the Audio track, contrasting two very different scores in discussing how music adds to narrative.

GDC 2012 takes place from March 5 through March 9 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, California. See previously announced sessions here.

Ah damn, here i was hoping it would be about a new Dragon Age game maybe. And more like the first one, and not the second one.

GDC is not about game announcements or demos or any of the sort its about fellow developers getting together to discuss about their practices with industry politics and the future of the game industry.

Here here Moonwalker, dragon age 2 was horrible in terms of how many conversational options they give you. In dragon age 2 they mostly give you two options whereas in dragon age 1 there were at least 5 in one conversation sometimes. Dragon age 2 is dumbing down at its finest!
