Dead Island’s Bloodbath Arena DLC set for a late September release

Deep Silver has announced a late September release for Dead Island’s Bloodbath Arena DLC. Those who purchased the Special Edition of the game should already have a code for the content to enter upon release. Bloodbath Arena contains a single-player and multiplayer “Horde-style challenges in four different arenas,” and experience points gained through the DLC will carry over the main campaign mode. Leaderboards will be available in the DLC pack as well as a new weapon called the “brain wave bomb.”

Dead Island is out in the UK tomorrow. Thanks, VoodooExtreme.

Kinda lame how they are gonna charge people for this. At several stores here the LE is the exact same price as the normal edition.

RDR’s was free. The co-op mission DLC was completely for free , like a month after release. Or do you mean other DLC?

I believe BF3′s dlc will be free too.
