Dead Island dated for September, E3 trailer shows a Tragedy in Paradise

Techland has released its E3 trailer for Dead Island, and also given a release date for the title. You can get acquainted with it below.

The game, which is set in an open world tropical island, has loads of zombies running around that you will have to kill with whatever is on hand. Guns and the life will be few and far between, so you will just have to grab what you can and get to pummeling.

Dead Island is slated for release on September 6 in the US and September 9 elsewhere in the world on PC, PS3, and Xbox 360.

Thanks, Machinima.

    #3 has it right.

I think this game looks absolutely brilliant. It has most of the elements I want in a game, wrapped up in a lovely looking engine.
