L.A. Noire crime scene screens released, official website launching tomorrow
Rockstar has released a few screenshots of a crime scene you will head as Detective Cole Phelps in L.A. Noire.
In the game, players will rise through the ranks of the LAPD as they try to solve cases across five different department crime desks – the worst of which is Homicide.
Seems like Los Angeles is being “terrorized with a series of horrific murders perpetrated on young women,” and as each case is reported, it’ll be up to the player to bring the culprit to justice.
The screenshots below provide glimpses of the evidence the killer left behind. Each was seen in moving form during Monday’s trailer.
Rockstar also said that the official website for the game will launch tomorrow, with a bit more on the Homicide crime desk including high-res versions of these and other new crime scene screens.
L.A. Noire releases in the US on May 17, and in Europe on May 20 on PS3 and Xbox 360.
Rumored game coverart was leaked today as well. Look at it over on Rockstar Network and judge for yourself.

@1 same here. I cant’t tell if the gameplay will be like typical GTA or RDR. From the looks of the screenshots it might be different?

I think it will have barely anything to do with GTA and RDR. People are wrong about a few things, they think this is a Rockstar game but its not.
I bet it’s more an adventure game with puzzles, combined with some car chases and third person shootouts, but not like GTA and RDR.

This game will be taking IPs to a whole new edge of story and settings with a great atmosphere.

If only it would have some RPG elements in it it would be an amazing game. Well it’s probably going to be that anyway.
