DMC and Enslaved developer Ninja Theory’s confirmed it’s hiring for another game.

The company tweeted:

New Lead Designer opportunity for an unannounced title. Check out our site for full details: Reference TW/LD/OCT/10

The UK-based developer’s known to be working on Devil May Cry reboot DMC with Capcom at the moment, and has just released the critically acclaimed Enslaved through Namco.

Enslaved 2′s a safe bet.

We’ll ask for comment.

They’re doing God of War 4. Kratos has an afro.

another title that will bomb like Enslaved?interesting
ohhh the irony they were disappointed with Heavenly Sword sales thus going multiplatform and Enslaved gets worse.Off course it’s not about the platform,it’s about the game.

@2: The fuck are you smoking? First Enslaved is fucking awesome. Second, they don’t have the rights for Heavenly Sword. Sony does. They never profited from the Heavenly Sword sales. Sony did.

Multiplatform is also a fantastic idea since it reaches more people and makes more money, you ignorant turd.

Anyway, i really hope it’s Enslaved 2, that game was absolutely fantastic. I just hope that this time it’s going to be more difficult. The world was absolutely beautiful and i’d love to revisit it again.

@1, they’ve also changed the setting to a more Harry Potter inspired theme to make the franchise more atractive to the youth of today.
On the up side they did manage to atract Samuel L. Jackson as the new motherf%cking voice of Kratos.

    @3 Sales say otherwise.
i didn’t say that it wasn’t a good idea going multiplatform.I said that their gripe with Heavenly Sword was beeing on one platform and they weren’t satistified with it’s sales thus they wanted to go multiplatform for their future games and Enslaved bites them in the ass.
bottom line if you’re a developer and aren’t satisfied by your project’s sales don’t blame solely the console and userbase, blame yourself and your project.

Sony owns the IP of HS but i’m sure NT profited more than with Enslaved now.
NT are amateurs when it comes to GAMES right now,you can already tell they have future potential but they also have a long way ahead of them

heavenly sword looks better than enslaved, and HS had the best range of sword moves iv’e seen in any game.

Ninja Theory build games. Sales is not down to them, it’s down to the publisher to market it properly.

They would have made Heavenly Sword II if it did well enough to warrant a sequel. They said so.

Multiformat in THEORY should equal more sales.
