“Lots to see” of FF Agito XIII, Versus XIII “in the future,” says Square
Square Enix has told VG247 there’ll be “lots to see” of Final Fantasy Versus XIII and Final Fantasy Agito XIII “in the future,” following two videos of the games leaking from TGS this morning.
Demos of the two games are on show at Square’s TGS booth, but are not allowed to be recorded. However, two clips were posted up on a Japanese YouTube channel earlier this morning, featuring the first showing of real-time footage for both.
Both clips have since been pulled, although they are being hosted elsewhere. We’re not putting them live for legal reasons.
But Square’s told us there’ll be more to show on the pair soon.
“There will be lots to see of both games in the future,” a rep told us, “but for now we’d like to keep footage as a special treat for TGS attendees.”
Square is set to hold a press conference on Versus and Agito XIII in Japan on January 11 next year, where the big blow-out for both games is expected to take place.
Final Fantasy Versus XIII and Final Fantasy Agito XIII are both part of the Fabula Nova Crystallis series, which also features mainstay Final Fantasy XIII.

I’m usually against leaks because I love surprises but I’m tired of the lack of footage of these 2 games, they announced it way to early and now the fact it may hit the 360 I think SE deserves a little slap in he face, So I glad I watched the vid and it is indeed looking superb hopefully Versus stays exclusive as it should. Quality over quantity SE!

Already seen some of the Versus and Agito footage from TGS. Looks… okay? Agito has a better showing, though. Versus just showed him walking around a desolate environment and then 1.5 seconds of action.
I think you can expect the multiplat megaton this January =)
