World of Darkness reveal likely at The Grand Masquerade
Following a heavy hint that CCP MMO World of Darkness is to be shown for the first time at White Wolf convention The Grand Masquerade, the event has listed a string of MMO-specific panels including one called, "Tell the World of Darkness Development team what you want to see in the MMO".
CCP community developer Shane DeFreest said in August that The Grand Masquerade would host the unveiling of the IPs "future".
"The big news that I can't really give too many details on is that we've got something really big we want to show our fans first," he said, speaking in a Flames Rising interview.
"Friday at sundown is where we give everyone the first look at the future of the World of Darkness. If you have been a fan of our games for two months or two decades you won't want to miss what we have to say."
The Grand Masquerade runs from September 23-26, at the Roosevelt Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New Orleans.

World of Darkness is a vampire pen-and-paper RPG owned by White Wolf, the American creator of Vampire: The Masquerade.
CCP bought White Wolf in 2006.
World of Darkness if CCP's "other" MMO; the Icelandic firm is the creator and holder of space-based stalwart, EVE Online.
Nothing is known about the game, which began production in the year following the November takeover. CCP said at the time that the title would launch in 4-5 years from the start date.
Looks as though we're getting close.
EVE Online creator Reynir Harðarson told us in February 2008 that the game will be "as real as it can be,” an example of rhetoric that's put the game high on the "interested" list of MMO aficionados.
