They changed the voice of Cole because thay needed a guy that was capable of acting too, like Nolan North (alias Nathan Drake), since they used motion capture for most of the scenes.

Anyway, I’m one of the few that happen to like the new Cole much more than the old one. Add to that the ice powers and the improved graphics, and well, I’m totally sold.

The first inFamous was slightly overrated in my opinion, I would have rated it 7.5 or 8, but the sequel looks like a real blast.

@17 I think it’s scripted in most parts. But yes, first Infamous had destruclible stuff, but this time it’s improved.

Uh no Prototype was shit compared to inFamous. WHich apparently Activision received the message because they are not making a new Prototype.

After seeing the E3 trailer I wasn’t that pumped, but O-M-G that gameplay looks fooking amazingly good. Very much looking forward to this now.

Wow, they’ve sure got their tech in order this time round, that really is Uncharted 2 level stuff. Love the speed of grinding from wires and walls.

Yup, the gameplay has got me a lot more pumped for this than the trailer, Sony really should have demoed it at the conference.

@36 If only that was true. Xbox 1 graphics, no decent story, music, cut scenes, no destruction, only ragdoll and cheap physics stuff with cars. That’s just amazing i must say.

The first one holds a special place in my heart (first platinum trophy) so I can’t wait for this. That video was awesome, although the helicopter chase element did remind me of the brief sequence from Uncharted 2 with the truck chasing you through the town. A polite nod to their friends over at Naughty Dog maybe?

I would hate to deprive myself of a game because the graphics don’t live up to certain expectations.

inFamous 2 = Uncharted 2
I did like the original inFamous but I LOVED Uncharted 2 and its quiet easy to see how the set pieces for this new game have be ‘borrowed’ from Uncharted 2.

Watched the trailer twice, very cool!

Loved Infamous and can’t wait for part 2!

looks much better than the first one. enjoyed inFamous 1. it wasnt supergood…was pretty repetitive and didn´t look that good. the gameplay itself was a lot of fun though. shame that they raped cole. he looks like an idiot now. hairdo like a talkshowmaster tattos like a death metal drummer. pants like a westgerman pseudoghetto pseudogangster, face like ricky martin. couldn´t be worse imo. not cool. cheap. wasn´t necessary at all – cole was alright the way he was, with his rat face and all. shame really.

Thankfully, it looks like the world/gameplay makes up for it.

Day 1 for me! Looks amazing, however, that voice for cole is a bit on the Fem side. Sounded like a little fag. But the game itself looks bad ass.
