MW2: Resurgence Map Pack hitting PSN and PC in July

Friday, 11th June 2010 19:39 GMT By Stephany Nunneley

Infinity Ward has announced that the Resurgence Package for Modern Warfare 2 will hit PC and PS3 on July 6 in the US and July 7 in Europe.

The confirmation comes from a tweet made by Robert Bowling earlier today.

Resurgence hit XBL earlier in the month, and runs 1200 MS/$15/£10.20 – so you should expect to pay the same amount on other formats.

Just like the Stimulus Package before it, this bit of DLC contains five multiplayer maps: Strike and Vacant from CoD4, and Carnival, Fuel, and Trailer Park which are new.

Didn’t buy the first one, not even interested on this one. There are way better MP experiences out there IMO!

I’ll probably pick this and the last one up when they bundle em together at a reduced price in the future. The funhouse map looks awesome.

No one expects the CoD inquisition!

Crybabies aside though, I wasn’t too impressed with the last map pack, so I’m really not sure about this one.

I guess I’ll just watch the runthroughs before I decide.

The game is great, the people who play it NON-STOP are the problem.

@7(endgame) Here is the answer to your stupid comment :

Price aside, this map pack is very good, way better than the previous one. A must have.
