Just a super quick heads up: Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is now playable on Xbox One.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 was added to the to Xbox One backward compatibility library yesterday.
Those who don't own a copy of the game and are Xbox Live Gold subscribers can also pick it up on sale this week.
Now through September 4, Gold members can pick up Modern Warfare 2 through Games On Demand for 25% off ($14.99). The Resurgence and Stimulus DLC packs are also on sale for 35% off ($9.74).
If you aren't a Gold subscriber, the game will run you $19.99 and the DLC packs $14.99 each.
