Rumor – EQII expansion called Destiny of Velious

If a trademark filing is any indication, SOE may have EverQuest II players returning to Velious sometime soon.

Don’t you just love speculation on what a company plans to do with its trademarks?

According to ZAM, the trademark in question – EverQuest II: Destiny of Velious – is just the latest in a series of hints regarding the game.

The last thing we heard, was that the Coldain dwarves in New Halas had made an appearance on the test servers, which was a bit ago, honestly.

We can shoot SOE a mail if you like, because the game seems to still maintain a massive place in MMO players’ hearts.

Regardless, something’s a brewin’, and hopefully we’ll know soon.
