Ghost Recon screens show weapons, gadgets
Twelve screens from Ghost Recon: Future Soldier popped up on the net today, showing off some of the gadgetry and weapons included in the game.

There’s a shoulder-mounted rocket launcher in there, the “Predator” cloak, and a few showing guys flying through the air from what we assume was caused by an explosion of sorts. That or they just got shot dramatically.
All are neat looking, really.
A live-action trailer for the game hit this week, with a 30-minute one in the works from Oscar winners.
The game will have four-player co-op, and a multiplayer Beta is expected sometime this summer for those that purchase Splinter Cell: Conviction for Xbox 360.
More information on a PC version is expected at a later date.

Still think this shoulder mounted rocket is taking the Ghost Recon franchise somewhere it really shouldn’t go

Very nice, and first i was against the whole cloaking thing but i am starting to think this could turn out to be real fun at the end of the day.

@1 Yep, they’re basically making a game where you’re a Predator, cloaking with your little juicebox-sized shoulder-mounted launcher, that destroys tanks.
Except you’re actually human and they call you a member of Ghost Recon.
