Dead Space 2 will be released “when it’s ready,” says Visceral

Visceral Games has told CVG that it won’t rush the development of Dead Space 2. Oh no.
It’ll be released “when it’s ready”.
“[EA] is completely behind our team and Visceral Games. The game will ship when it is ready and meets with the teams and Visceral Games high quality standards,” said Steve Papoutsis of Visceral.
“We are focused 100 percent on quality and making a great sequel to the original Dead Space,” he further added.
The game was announced last month for PC, 360 and PS3. This year could be a safe bet as to when we’ll see the game.

Good to know!
Now, can they ignore the FUCKING multiplayer modes? Apart from possibly co-op I don’t see that fitting in at all.

I trust them to know what they’re doing. Even if the multiplayer is shit, we can always ignore it

Hopefully they wont take as long as Edios have been with Deus Ex 3 though.
