Insomniac Games have been talking about their brand new game during the latest episode of their podcast, Full Moon Show.

A couple of staffers from the developer teased about the game, including community manager, Bryan Intihar and community relations manager, James Stevenson.

“We’re not gonna tell you what they’re working on but we can say we saw it and it’s really awesome,” said Intihar. And as for Stevenson:

“Really good first playable. A lot of fun, a lot of potential and a long way off still.”

This is rumoured to be the project that is in development at their brand new North Carolina studio. The California studio is working on Ratchet & Clank: A Crack in Time. Obviously.

Thanks, TSA.

    Resistance 3, no doubt.

Resistance 3 would be done in California.

Ted Price would be the one who’d keep an eye on that project and he’s based in California.

I would hope that Ted Price keeps an eye on projects in North Carolina as well, given he’s the CEO of Insomniac.

But you’re right that R3 will be developed in California, and given their past history is most likely in pre-production there now. The California studio usually has two projects on the go at any one time.

Was going to say, I reckon Ted Price, will take more of a backseat on development, if he’s the CEO, of a two-studio company.

    But it’s all speculation.

Well I don’t think he’s writing much code put it that way. But he’ll certainly be “keeping an eye” at least on a studio that he has just founded and is ultimately responsible for.
