Professor Layton developer announces odd football thing for DS

According to this IGN report, Professor Layton developer Level-5 announced Inazuma Eleven in Tokyo today, “its upcoming fusion of soccer and RPG gaming for the DS”.

Apparently there’s going to be a trading card system and anime to go along with it. No word on a western release.

I thought this was out already. I think the big announcement was for the Manga and the Wii sorry, “Yet unspecified home console”. There a vids a plenty on utub

There’s a new Layton on the way too. Which is slightly better news.
