Sydney: NanaOn-Sha composer performing August 20

PaRappa the Rapper and vib-ribbon designer Masaya Matsuura will give a live performance of his work at the Sydney this Saturday.

The famed designer and composer will also show off NanaOn-Sha's latest projects, and take part in an interview.

The show kicks off at 1.30 at the Sydney Opera House, and tickets go for just $19.

Matsuura could easily be called the father of the rhythm action and music genres, with PSOne hit PaRappa the Rapper doing much to popularise what was until then at best a niche arcade pursuit.

For more details and to secure your tickets, visit the Sydney Opera House website.
