Report: Telltale to produce iPad 2-specific versions of current games

TellTale Games has apparently indicated its intention to work over its catalogue for the iPad 2 after the first hardware iteration proved not robust enough.

According to App Advice, Telltale feels its current game engine is unsuitable for first generation iPads, leading to slowdown in the iOS version of Back to the Future, for example.

But the iPad 2's superior capabilities may allow the developer to create iPad 2 exclusive versions of existing and upcoming projects. Telltale are said to be planning iPad 2 specific versions of Back to the Future Episode 3 and perhaps Jurassic Park.
