Apex Legends update 1.1 brings quality of life changes, progression bug now fixed

Apex Legends has received a new patch on all platforms.

Patch 1.1 mostly focuses on adding quality of life changes, and fixes to Apex Legends. Shortly after the patch's release, however, a server issue caused player progress to disappear.

The problem was eventually resolved, with all progression restored for all players, but it caused a bit of a panic.

The main feature added today is the ability to party up with the last squad you played with. After the match, you'll be able to see their names in the lobby, where you can invite them to your squad. For those who don't want to be bothered with these invites, there's an option to turn them off.

You'll now also be able to mute teammates during the intro, and Legend selection screens. The player report feature got an update, too, and you'll be able to select whether you suspect the reported player to be cheating, or you're reporting them for something else.
