According to the press release put out alongside the game, South Park: Phone Destroyer is an “action-packed real-time strategy mobile title”. You’ll once again be cast as the New Kid from the RPG series and asked to battle alongside Cartman and co.

The game will feature multiplayer PVP battles, as well as a single player story mode that Ubisoft is promising will be ‘huge’. There are various classes to assemble your teammates from and fight against, including cowboys, wizards, cyborgs, cops, aliens, knights, princesses, bards, and more.

There’s also a collectible card element to the game – you can see them along the bottom of the screen. More details about how the game plays are likely to arise from the show floor.

And this is South Park, so expect a lot of dick and fart jokes, obviously. The game will be free-to-play when it launches later this year.
