PC and PlayStation 4 players can play Paragon without the need of a buy-in in August.
Paragon open beta begins August 16, new hero Khaimera revealed
Epic has announced that Paragon, the studio’s Unreal Engine 4 third-person MOBA, will be available in free open beta starting Tuesday, August 16.
This is true for both PC as well as PlayStation 4. If you already have access to the early access version, or plan to before the beta goes live, your account XP won’t be reset.
Epic is also introducing a number of major changes to the game. As detailed in a new blog post, Paragon is getting a new Draft Mode, as well as few other additions and tweaks from now until open beta.
To go along with the beta announcement, Epic has revealed the latest hero, Khaimera. Khaimera is a melee-focused hero, designed to disrupt team fights. The new hero will be released June 21.
