Steam winter sale begins December 18 according to PayPal

PayPal has once again outed an upcoming Steam sale before Valve has had the chance to announce it.
While I personally got an email on the matter pertaining to the Black Friday weekend sale, this time, it's PayPal Japan which has outed the next occurrence of wallet molestation.
The image of the PayPal reveal was posted on Reddit.
Time to start planning your purchases. Once we get confirmation on the sale, we will update this post, but for now, expect the sale to run from December 18 through January 2.
