Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare sales rocketed 110% in the UK this weekend due to heavy Black Friday discounts.

The Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of the game accounted for 67% of Advanced Warfare sales as it knocked Grand Theft Auto V off the top spot after only one week.

GTA V sales fell 64% as the game took the number 3 spot in the charts, while FIFA 15 jumped 84% to number two.

Pokemon Omega Ruby and Pokemon Alpha Sapphire entered at number 6 and 7 respectively – combined the two titles would have charted at number 3. Regardless, the games became the biggest Pokemon launch in the UK.

Sony’s Driveclub sales jumped more than 999% due to discounts on the PS4 console bundle, taking the game from number 33 to number 8.

Sony’s new release, LittleBigPlanet 3, only managed to break into the top 20 at number 18 on PS3 and PS4.
