Pokemon developer trademarks something called 'Phantom Gate' in Japan

Pokemon X & Y studio Game Freak has filed a trademark for something called 'Phantom Gate' in Japan.
Siliconera discovered that the trademark was filed by Game Freak back in December, along with partners Nintendo and Creatures Inc.
The site has noted similarities between the title 'Phantom Game' and the Pokemon spin-off Gates to Infinity. Does the new trademark suggest a sequel is on the way? That's for you to decide.
