Colin McRae remake rumoured as Codemasters drops Thursday tease

The Colin McRae series of rally games could be making a comeback, as suggested by a string of teasing tweets from developer Codemasters. The project will be revealed tomorrow.

Codemasters’ communications director Rich Eddy dropped the above image on Twitter this morning, and as you can see the accompanying font is similar to the text used in the old Colin McRae titles.

Eddy also dropped this hint:

Could we be in store for a revival of the classic rally games in HD format, or perhaps a remake? Let us know what you think below.
