Paradox trying out ebook publishing, will put out Mojang book

Yep, Paradox Interactive, that game publisher we so love for the likes of Crusader Kings and Magicka, will be publishing ebooks. And not just one type of ebook, but lots of different kinds. And it all begins with A Year with Mojang: Behind the Scenes of Minecraft by Thomas Arnroth.

As the title suggests, Mr. Arnroth spent a year hanging out with Mojang, and he is chronicling said hanging out in this book. There are also two other titles they’ve announced so far: a strategy guide for Hearts of Iron III and a sci-fi crime novel by a Paradox staffer called Coriolis. No word yet on how they’ll be distributing these books or what the price points for them will be. For more on these things, check out the official page for Paradox Books.
