The PlayStation 3 version of Diablo 3 has been patched to correct several annoying crash issues, while Xbox 360 owners will have to wait a little longer for their own title update.

As promised, Atlus and VanillaWare have released a title update for Dragon’s Crown allowing cross-play between the PlayStation 3 and Vita versions of the side-scrolling hack-and-slash. A new trailer through the break celebrates this addition, and also gives a good look at the gameplay and customisation for those who might have been on the fence. Both PS3 and Vita versions aree available on the PlayStation Store or at retail, but unfortunately, cross-buy is not enabled.

Team Fortress 2 has received a new patch, which adds the Fall 2013 Acorns Crate and Gourd Crate keys. What is inside these crates? I am uncertain, but with Halowe’en just a few weeks away I have suspicions. The patch also applies a number of fixes including blocking automated craft bots from making hats and the like, and changes to Strange Part. Check the full TF2 patch notes for more information.

A title update for the iOS version of XCOM: Enemy Unknown has rectified a grievous oversight in the original release, by allowing you to play multiplayer matches. You can now challenge your friends to battles, just as in the PC and console versions, but if you only have limited time you can send your turn, wander off, and resume at a later time. Hooray! The update also adds leaderboards, new achievements, and various iOS 7 optimisations. XCOM: Enemy Unknown is on sale for $10 through October 13; it normally goes for $20, so act fast.

Sci-fi rogue-like Teleglitch has been updated to make it more comfortable to play on your couch; the latest patch adds support for control pads and Steam’s Big Picture mode. The free title update also adds 15 new achievements and improved Steam Cloud support, along with minor game fixes. That’s not all the Teleglitch news today, though; it’s also on sale at 75% off, and a new DLC pack has released which includes eight starter weapons and utilities, as well as a soundtrack – pre-order bonus content.

This week’s PlayStation Store brings one last free update to Vita exclusive Soul Sacrifice, which adds 16 new quests. You don’t need a key from the PlayStation Store to access the new content; just look for the Forgotten Pacts in the Inside Avalon section of your journal to find Hour of Pure White and Hour of Blackness.

Surgeon Simulator 2013 has been updated with two new missions set in space. Shack News reports there are 18 new achievements to collect and a kidney and and brain to operate on. According to Eurogamer, the update adds some sort of ARG, too. Previously to the update there had already been a hidden space mission offered as a reward for those who collected all the floppy disks. The amusing sim is available on Linux, Mac and PC on Steam for $10.

The next balance update for Injustice: Gods Among Us drops on October 1, NetherRealm boss Ed Boon announced on Twitter. Full patch notes are coming on September 24, but in a sneak preview, Boon showed fans some of the changes coming to Ares; his super-move can no longer be interrupted once it connects, for example.

VanillaWare has issued a patch for PS3 and Vita brawler Dragon’s Crown. In terms of bug fixes it’s graced by “improved gameplay stability, but there are a couple of new features and a list of balancing changes. Full patch notes within.

Valve has updated Team Fortress 2 with a variety of fixes; there doesn’t seem to be any new content or major balancing corrections this time. A noclip exploit has been closed, and problems with Windows XP and the Rump-o’-Lantern have been corrected. Check the full patch notes for more details.
