Judge rules West and Zampella have enough evidence against Activision to go to trial
A Los Angeles Superior Court judge ruled Tuesday that there was sufficient evidence to support Jason West and Vincent Zampella’s case against Activision, therefore the case will be going to trial.

West and Zampella add charges of fraud to suit against Activision
According to new court documents unearthed by Gamespot, former Infinity Ward heads Jason West and Vince Zampella have added two counts of fraud to their original $36 million complaint against Activision over unpaid bonuses relating to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.

Court filings claim Infinity Ward delayed CoD map pack at EA’s request, EA claims email “was a joke”
Kotaku has gotten its hands on an internal email belonging to EA, which suggests Infinity Ward put off releasing a map pack for Modern Warfare 2 at the request of the firm. The letter was released today as part of court filing in the Activision suit against EA and Infinity Ward co-founders Vince Zampella and Jason West.
