Diablo III ban hammer to strike “in the near future”
Blizzard would like to remind cheaters that you can be permanently banned from the game if you get caught – and since we’re talking always-on DRM, that is a serious threat.

Introduction of Aussie R18+ game rating would create jobs
Brendan O’Connor, Australia’s minister for home affairs, has said that the adoption of an R18+ rating for games in the country would create jobs. Consultation on the adult-only rating is taking place in July.

Germany says no to violent games ban
The German government has decided not to ban the sale or distribution of violent videogames which was being contemplated back in June last year.
Microsoft’s Kinect patent suggest they will be always be watching
