In case you aren't familiar with the mod, it revamps Doom 64 and was developed by SGt_Mark_IV who created the original Brutal Doom mod.

Releasing on October 30, Brutal Doom 64 comes complete with new animations such as "guts being splattered everywhere," and all of the original 32 levels.

Enemies removed from the original game, Chaingunguy, Revenant, and Mastermind have been confirmed as included, and enemies Archvile and Hellhound are still planned.

An alpha version of the Unmaker, which is shown in the video, can be found in a secret level according to SGt_Mark_IV.

He says in the mod description that a conversation with the owner of the VGP servers cluster has taken place, and the two will be hosting a co-operative multiplayer survival game of Brutal Doom 64 when it is released.

More information on the mod can be found through the link to Moddb.
