Deus Ex: Mankind Divided trailer explains the Mechanical Apartheid

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided has received a new trailer that takes a look at the what happened after mechanically-augmented people lost control and attacked others, leading into the start of the game where a rift has formed between those with and those without augmentation .

A new law has been enacted called the 'Human Restoration Act', which creates what the game calls a "Mechanical Apartheid", separating augment people from "naturals."

It's all live action with very few parts of game art. Take a look:
