Sony's PS4-streaming Xperia Z3v arrives in North America October 23

Sony has announced its Xperia Z3v will be sold exclusively through Verizon when it releases stateside at the end of the month.

The smartphone allows users locally stream games from their PS4 using the PlayStation App as long as they are connected to the same Wi-Fi network as their console.

Z3v can also be connected to a DualShock 4 controller via Sony’s GCM10 Game Controller attachment.

Internet Remote Play could also be a possible option in the future, according to what Sony implied back in September.

Sony's Xperia Z3v arrives at Verizon stores and through the latter's website come October 23.
