The Evil Within PC system requirements released 

The Evil Within's released date is slowly approaching and Bethesda has released the recommended specs that your PC should have, if you want to play the upcoming game by Shinji Mikami.

The specs were revealed on the Bethesda blog, and the publisher insisted that they are not the minimum specs, but rather recommended ones. Despite that, 4GB of video ram is still required.

  • 64-bit Windows 7/Windows 8
  • i7 with four plus cores
  • 4 GBs RAM
  • 50 GB of hard drive space (~41 GB installed)
  • GeForce GTX 670 or equivalent with 4GBs of VRAM
  • High Speed Internet Connection for Steam account and activation

For consoles, you will need to free up some space on your hard drive. 40GB for PS4 and Xbox One, and 7GB for PS3 and Xbox 360, with a required mandatory install on Xbox 360.

In related news, Bethesda has also announced that the title has gone gold.

The Evil Within is out October 14 for PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
