Grim Fandango is also coming to PC, Mac and Linux

Wednesday, 9th July 2014 19:31 GMT By Sherif Saed

When Sony announced at its E3 conference that a remastered version of the classic LucasArts adventure, Grim Fandango, was coming to PlayStation 4 and PS Vita, everyone wondered if Double Fine will be bringing it to other platforms as well. Well, wonder no more.

The man himself, Tim Schafer confirmed today that the game will also be coming to PC, Mac and Linux alongside the previously announced PS4 and PS Vita.

I am sure those of us who are old enough to have played this way back are excited.

Thanks, Joystiq.

    Hnnnng.

One of my favorite games when I was younger but playing it now isn’t the pleasure it used to be, almost fully due to the controls. This will change that I hope!

Never played it, but always heard good things. Guess I’ll try it out. Did like Brutal Legend and Psychonauts.

@lubu You should know, by now, that PC never counts when talking console exclusivity.

Yup. So the PC ends up getting titles from both, which is a very nice bonus, really. Looking forward to the inevitable No Man’s Sky port, too.

Console exclusives (that are later announced for PC) are usually announced as “exclusive to Playstation” or “exclusive to Xbox”.

Same deal with Dead Rising 3.
