World of Darkness manual, screenshots from March playtest leaked

World of Darkness leaks have appeared online a couple weeks after the news of its cancellation was announced by CCP.

The leak was posted on Reddit, and consists of the game's handbook which came from a March 2014 playtest. Through the link you will find 33 pages of details and screenshots.

On of the main takeaways from the leak is details surrounding permanent death in the vampire MMO.

This could occur from the loss of Humanity due to chaotically running about the place doing things one shouldn't. Acting like sub-human would get players killed and Diablerized, which would send a players soul back to their house to respawn.

Those who died with Humanity intact could respawn - but is you lost all shred of it, you would have to start a new character.

There's plenty more information through the link as well as early development screenshots.

World of Darkness was announced back in 2006 and was in development since 2008.

The MMO was based on the Vampire: The Masquerade IPand at one point had 70 people working on the title.
