Minecraft developer Mojang has joined forces with Ludosity to bring collectible card battler Scrolls to tablets.

According to a new blog post, the tablet version is intended for both iPad and other devices, presumably Android tablets.

"We’ve enlisted the aid of Ludosity to port Scrolls into flatter, more touchy devices. We’ll have more news on this soon," Mojang's Owen Hill wrote.

Ludosity is best known for Magicka: Wizards of the Square Tablet.

The post also outlines some new developments to the game, including a new ranking system, possibly with weekly rewards for both very high and very low ranked players.

New tutorials are on the way to help ease new players in, and better visual and sound effects are on inbound. Finally, a demo is in the works.

Scrolls is currently available on Mac and PC.
