Ragnarok Odyssey ACE website launches, day-one DLC detailed

XSEED has launched the official website for Ragnarok Odyssey ACE, and day-one DLC for the action-RPG has been announced.

DLC confirmed for the game include: Gorgeous Headwear and Royal Ball Outfitsets, which will be free for two months after launch and then available for purchase at $0.99 for the Royal Ball Outfit and $2.99 for all the costume pieces in the Gorgeous Headwear set.

The Ragnarok Online BGM Arrange Collection”, Ragnarok Odyssey Collection and Grandia set will be free, with additional items free to players of the original Ragnarok Odyssey and available for $0.99 for newcomers.

Free to owners of the original Ragnarok Odyssey (0.99 for others):

  • Gunslinger

Free for two months, then priced at $0.99:  Royal Ball Outfit

Free for two months, then priced at $2.99:  Gorgeous Headwear

Free Grandia Set: includes Justin and Feena's armor and hair pieces, as well as five music tracks from Grandia.

Ragnarok Odyssey ACE will include Justin's Goggles and Feena's hair accessories free via a patch update. All other content can be accessed through the PlayStation Store

The PS3 version will be available through retail and on the PlayStation Store for $39.99. The Vita version comes in two flavors: a limited physical release which features a soundtrack CD containing 25 tracks from Nobuo Uematsu and other artists, for $39.99, and a digital edition without the soundtrack for $34.99.

Ragnarok Odyssey ACE, a revised and expanded version of the original Ragnarok Odyssey, launches April 1.
