Tomb Raider: Reflections trademark reappears, this time in Europe

Wednesday, 20th November 2013 21:19 GMT By Stephany Nunneley

Tomb Raider: Reflections has been trademarked by Square Enix in Europe, and the listing is dated November 12. The listing was dug up by Junkie Monkeys. This is the second time the listing has appeared, and we still have no idea what it’s for. This week, Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition was listed for PS4 by Amazon Italy and Square Enix has suggested folks “keep an eye on any major gaming events happening in early December,” teasing a possible reveal during the Spike TV VGX awards on December 7. Thanks Gematsu.

@1 or better yet this could be the direct sequel. “Reflections” certainly sounds like a good follow-up title to a formative origin story.

Reflections would be a perfect title to follow on from the reboot.

I have a feeling Lara will go back to Croft Manor to go through her fathers possessions knowing now that he wasn’t a nutjob and that things exist in the world beyond the purely physical – She might go after the thing that lead to his death… Reflections and Mirror images abound in mythologies across the globe, usually attached the after life myths and legends.

I kinda love the VGA(X)’s, not for the awards part, but for the reveals, it’s never dull.
