Tekken producer would consider series for PC release on Steam

Tekken producer Katsuhiro Harada was asked if he’d ever bring the iconic fighting series to PC. How does a potential Steam release sound?

It’s a scant one this, but shows Harada’s open-mindedness. He showed a lot of that during my massive Tekken series ‘making of’ interview here, a must-read for fans of the series.

Siliconera reports that the producer was asked about a PC release on Twitter, to which he replied:

The free-to-play Tekken Revolution on PS3 could be a good fit for Steam, but what do you think? Could this work? Should it happen?

65M users on Steam and growing.. Imagine if 5% buy the game? That’s 3.5M copies already. Simple logic.

That’s such a ridiculous, uninformed statement.

Imagine if 100% buy the game? That’s 65M already. Simple logic.

@6 – better resolution, better graphics(if its not a port) and using a controller instead of the keyboard like from the times you come from.
