Xbox One Day One Edition stock is running extremely low in the UK according to what various retailers have told Eurogamer.

Many are sold out entirely and stock of the standard version is not guaranteed for launch.

GAME is only stocking the console’s Day One Edition in a £614.98 bundle with Call of Duty: Ghosts’ Prestige Edition, the game will run you £179.99 separately and includes a 1080p HD camera.

ShopTo has Day One bundles ranging from the £489 bundle which includes Battlefield 4 and a £15 Microsoft Store credit to the £575 bundle which includes Ryse, Watch Dogs, and a £10 Store credit with an extra Xbox One controller. Supply on these are running low as well.

Four chains with the Day One Edition still in stock outside of a bundle include: Asda, Blockbuster, Currys and GameStop with Blockbuster and Asda requiring a £20 deposit.
guarantee of when it will arrive.

Amazon sold out of the Day One Edition a few weeks ago and standard editions are not guaranteed to arrive at launch. It’s the same story with Zavvi which will not guarantee a launch day delivery if you pre-ordered after August 19.

Tesco and Toys R Us are both sold out and it appears Sainsbury’s is in the same boat.

A Day One Edition cans till be pre-ordered through Microsoft. The console is excpected sometime in November.

I don’t get why people in the UK don’t just preorder from some other EU country, if they really want it on release or just wait till it’s out and available to buy.
