RYSE on Xbox one looks better then anything PS4 has right now.

Crytek know their job at least in GRAPHICS department. To be good they should drop consoles completely and make the same awesome games as Far Cry 1 or Crysis 1 on the PC.

Instead we have QTE clusterfuckness from one of the best studios out there…

Dispersions on consoles aside, Crytek make a damn fine engine – now if only their games matched that quality. It seems to be an issue for most engine developers. Frostbite is incredible, but the campaign on BF3 was forgettable.

My goodness! The rainy street, the way water on the road/tar dries up as it gets sunny…outstanding! Much more impressive than Unreal Engine 4.

@4 CryEngine and CryTek has been superior to Unreal Engines for long time now. UE’s benefit is that it scales better while delivering good IQ so older HW can run it while getting that candy.

Want killer IQ and have HW to run it? Go for CryEngine games.

@1 let it go.. qte are only for the finishing moves.. damn.. people are so negative. . The game looks great and if the game play is like god of war I will take it. Because last I checked god of war has a ton of qte. But people love it right..buy the game or dont.. I will have mine qte and all

Wooww I see lots of DOF in this video.
Does Cry Engine next gen comes with its own DOF or did they use external package for that?

All the tech in the world and they are still failing to top games like Earthbound, FF6, and Ocarina of Time. You can have the fanciest tech in the works, but if the game has a garbage plot, forget it.
