Lightning Returns: “no plans” for a Final Fantasy 13 trilogy pack in Europe

Yuji Abe, producer of Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy 13 has told VG247 that there are “no plans” for a trilogy pack of Final Fantasy 13 games in Europe.

The game will be the third in a trilogy of Lightning titles, following after Final Fantasy 13 and 13-2. Despite this, Square-Enix currently has no plans to bundle the titles together.

It was also confirmed that Lightning Returns would ship on a single disc, and will feature New Game+.

A new trailer was shown this morning at Gamescom.

as long as it comes with a collectors edition, like the previous two, i wont mind. having got those collectors editions, id like one for this too.

Good, anything involving Motomu Toriyama is trash.

Then again, anything tied to him always induces lies and false advertising out of everyone involved, so I wouldn’t be surprised if Squeenix turns around and says they’re releasing that trilogy pack after all.
