CD Projekt opens new Kraków studio

Monday, 17th June 2013 00:49 GMT By Ewan Miller

CD Projekt, the creator of The Witcher and Good Old Games, has launched a new studio in Kraków, Poland.

Although the new studio has not formally been announced, a job posting for a Concept Artist on CD Projekt’s site is based at the new location.

The position offers an “exciting chance to work on one of the most acclaimed role-playing games”.

CD Projekt is currently busy with two next generation projects, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and Cyberpunk 2077, so you only get one guess as to what the position is for.

Thanks, AllGamesBeta.

    @2 i have bought a wii-u and experienced it and yes i admit i gave it a lot of shit here earlier. but god damn i was wrong, after what i did see micro$haft do at e3. i understand that the wii-u wasnt bad at all. nintendo was just a bit misunderstood, they meant good and that was important. i believe now that the wii-u can bring new things to gaming, and welcome that.

    @2 dude he’s vg247 ultimate troll

    plus i doubt the Wii U has the processing power to run the witcher 3 on reccomended setting since it’s corrent gen tech

    also nintendo are very strict when cumming to in game full nudity (see what i did there :])
    so fuck nintendo.

    also i really wonder if they’re gonna keep their word on free DLC

    that would really make them awesome if they did

    @5 They certainly did, although I think they spun it off into its own company recently to avoid draining the publisher’s resources.

    “Although there are no details as to what the new studio will be working on”

    They will be working on one of the two smaller games, that CD Projekt planned to release before Cyberpunk.

    @1.. I am so confused by you.. Why would they release it on the Wii U? Most people who play on the Wii are kids, its true so don’t get all protective would ya? The Wii U isn’t a great console, its hardware sucks, its controller blows and the population on the system is little to none.. You say that you hope they release it on the Wii U because Xbox did sooo bad.. Why not just not released it on either the Xbox or the Wii U? Isn’t it better to let Nintendo, the dying company, die faster?
