UIG Entertainment and Attic Entertainment have released a gameplay trailer for Realms of Arkania – Blade of Destiny. Set to release at the end of June on PC with a recommended retail price of £14.99/€19.99, it was developed by Crafty Games and is a “one-to-one remake” of the 1992 original. It features between 20 and 80 hours of game time, depending on playing style, and for the first time is in 3D. Check it out in action below along with a few screenshots.

Oh man… Realms of Arkania, that’s been a while. Not a great game by any stretch of the imagination. I remember having a free version of one of the games, which I played for about ten minutes.

It’s memorable as being one of the first RPGs to have brothels. I don’t know what it is about certain European RPG developers and brothels.

@1: Brothels are a part of the The Dark Eye world. Also, here in the german speaking part of the world we are not that afraid of sex ;)

I for one am absolutely psyched for this. I am an avid The Dark Eye player and will certainly get this day 1!
