Infamous: Second Son featured on June cover of “definite” PS4 Game Informer issue

Tuesday, 7th May 2013 18:09 GMT By Stephany Nunneley

The next Game Informer will be PlayStation 4-centric and will feature new images and information on titles already announced as well 10 pages devoted to InFamous: Second Son. The latter is also the cover image.

The official website for the magazine shows it here.

Game Informer states the “definitive” PS4 issue will “explore the future of PlayStation 4 including Sony’s new indie agenda, discuss Media Molecule’s upcoming project, and reveal new information and screens for Destiny, Knack, Killzone: Shadow Fall, and DriveClub.”

The magazine also interviewed Sony’s Shuhei Yoshida and got to play around with the DualShock 4 controller.

    June looks like to be PS4 Month, as well as Xbox720 month.

    I really hope the level-design is as good, if not better as it was in inFamous 2. The character-design definitely has improved.

    Second Son is a must have in my opinion but why does he have to look like Dantes(teh new DMC Dante) little brother?

    @7: Absurd comment is absurd.

    @8: There was nothing interesting about Cole except his power. Okay, maybe the scar on his face, but other than that, he was just another Bro-Dude in a line of buzzcut-Bro-Dudes.

    @3 I hope you have deep pockets because you will need $2, 000.00 in otder to get both systems and tHe exclexclusive games. You say 499.99 each system. An extra controller each system at 69.99 each. Then each game you say 4 per system at 69.99 each and the online subscription per system. . Your out of pocket 2grand. I put that much away already have you? ???

    @9: Why is it absurd?

    Found this image with google search:

    I kinda see a resemblance…

    And cole was no duedebro. He was way to skinny and agile for that. And his clothes were to colorfull.

    This new protagonist feels to me like he is edgy/angsty for the sake of being edgy and the Chain around his forearm… wtf? He’s not Lobo or Kratos.

    Alex Mercer(Prototype) looks nothing like a Dudebro or edgy/angsty and still is nearly of the same design as this new one.

    @10 Where has he said he’s going to buy 4 games and an extra controller per system at launch?

    You can buy the rest of the games and an extra controller when you can afford them.

    @9 you obviously haven’t played inFamous. Cole was your average joe but he had personality. Don’t see how Dante or Drake is much different but nonetheless that doesn’t make them special in their own way.

    Its hard to change up characters and have to start over learning about this new guy when you put in hours upon hours investing in the first guy’s story. Prime examples Raiden and Snake….Nero and Dante.

    gameplaywise infamous games are really really fun! it is a breeze to use coles powers, climb buildings, grind rails. i liked both infamous games but i havenĀ“t played the psn/dlc one yet-forgot the name-is it good?
    i was a bit disappointed by 2 though i must say. not a bad game, not at all but infamous 1 impressed me so much more. i will get this one here no doubt though.
