Origin voucher gaffe: EA will issue new survey code to gamers soon

EA's recent survey code gaffe on its digital marketplace Origin saw many games wrongly given away for free. Gamers now completing the survey legitimately have yet to receive their code following the mix-up, and EA has responded to assure gamers they won't have to wait too long.

Following the mix-up, gamers who have completed the survey legitimately had found that they were not receiving codes as promised. However, EA has since issued the following statement on the matter:

"We wanted to clear up the confusion: all users that completed the survey will receive an email soon (in the next one - two days) which will contain a new code for $20 off a purchase of any EA game on Origin priced $19.99 or above."

So keep en eye on your inboxes gamers, your code should be arriving soon.
