The War Z closed beta starts this month, here’s a trailer

The War Z closed beta starts at the end of the month, and alpha access begins on October 15, according to Hammerpoint Interactive, which has released a new trailer showing off the PvP.

With more than 1 million players registered, participants will soon be able to visit Colorado, the first world in The War Z, come October 31 via two early purchase packages that will see players accessing the online, multiplayer, survival-simulation game as soon as October 15.

You can get more information on the pre-order and beta incentives here. You can buy it here.

@1 But overrall looks like a better game than DayZ is now, I’m going to buy this one, don’t know if will pre-order or not.BTW the stronghold they attacked was built by the players, this is one of the things the game did good, you can put down the sand bags and the boards to create a fort.

Yep. Looks much better than DayZ ever will. The biggest problem of DayZ is the engine. And that’s something you can’t simply fix.

Looks fun as hell.. without the bs of arma 2 involved.. lol.. it also looks sketchy.. probably because the video is shit quality even if you click 720p quality. They should look into putting up better videos.. that shit hurt my eyes in full screen it was so grainy.

Oh well.. im gonna risk the pre-order and give it a try.
