Steam Greenlight to approve ten more games next month

Steam Greenlight will bring forth its second harvest in the bountiful month of October.

Something pithy about autumn fruits goes here; the point is, Steam News announced that ten more games will be officially green lit as of October 15.

Valve has also made some front and backend changes, to assist users and developers; more on that on the Greenlight blog.

The first ten games to get the community seal of approval included Half-life conversion Black Mesa.

Thanks, IGM.

Considering the amount of quality games on Greenlight, that’s definitely too little, too late.

Now they’ve also removed the percentage from public view. So it’s gotten less and less transparent for users with every update (in the beginning you could see the amount of votes, then only the percentage and now nothing).

Yesterday I had to remove links to porn on my greenlight submission :/

I am wondering if it was a mistake me putting it up, having had generally negative feedback from (mainly) trolls.
