StarCraft 2: Heart of the Swarm in “final stages,” of development, beta invites to be sent in waves
StarCraft 2: Heart of the Swarm beta invitation will be sent out in waves, according to Blizzards, and are “coming.” Speaking with Polygon at gamescom, the game’s producer Kaeo Milkersaid new information on how to be part of the beta will be revealed soon. Development on the expansion is currently in the “final stages,” and “nearing the end,” to get prepped for testing. StarCraft 2: Heart of the Swarm contains the Zerg campaign and a release date has not been set.

The story of Starcraft 2 is such a joke, it seems, compared to Starcraft & SC Brood war. It was too easy to transform Kerrigan in a human form again. I’ll buy Heart of the Swarm, but things aren’t the same anymore. Meh.

I have always played the series for the story and never for the multiplayer. I will be getting Heart of the swarm with this in mind.

^And that is great! But the game does cater primarily to those who want to play multiplayer, but if you also happen to enjoy the single player story, then that is just an added bonus
