Medal of Honor: Warfighter gets Australian exclusive packshot
The Australian cover of Medal of Honor: Warfighter differs from that of other territories, and was designed with input from local special forces.

EA Australia apparently consulted with a former Australian Special Air Service Regiment (SASR) member to ensure authenticity. As such, the equipment shown on the cover reflects that actually in use right now by one of the country’s most elite units.
The point of all this is, of course, that Warfighter’s class-based multiplayer allows you to take on a national identity as one of 12 Tier 1 operator units, including the SASR. Other available squads include the US Navy SEAL, German KSK, Canadian JTF2 and Polish GROM.
The shooter hits PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in October. New Zealanders will also be offered the Australian cover.

That’s pretty cool actually. It would’ve been ever cooler if they did this for every country that has a special unit in the game (although I’d imagine it would’ve been fairly difficult) but every country having their own cover would be nice.

@ejams
I think EA is doing this (at least for some countries). In Poland there will be GROM soldier on the cover – http://cdn.medalofhonor.com/sites/default/files/images/MoH_W_packshot_PL_XBOX_0.png .

Ground Branch has a DRM-Free version, and supports Offline play!
Some of our community has expressed interest in being able to play the game, independent of Steam. We are pleased to announce that, every backer of Ground Branch, will now have the choice!
We will be providing two executables:
1. A Steam Release (which uses Steamworks for online features such as matchmaking, VOIP and Mod Distribution through the SteamWorkshop) and…
2. A DRM-Free version of the game, which can be played without an internet connection, and used for gamers with LAN-only setups or that want to play the solo portions of Ground Branch without connecting to the internet.
Both versions are free of install limits, and we are not using services like SecuROM. The Steam version can be used for offline LAN as well, but must use Valve’s “Offline Mode” if you plan to be without a connection. Either way, all current and future backers have access to both, in the event that they need to be away from the internet! This is great news, if you’re deployed, or just want to more easily host a LAN party and play our game!
Gamespy is no longer being considered.

Ground Branch should be supported, but I’m not sure you’re doing anyone any favors by spamming a comment section.

@DSB, how you propose I reach out?
The major gaming site are bought by the publishers, hence, positive review irregardless how
how much the game sucks.
I have to reach to smaller non-biased site like this.
I want this game to succeed because I’m tired of these First Person Roller Coasters
Some of us are going BACK to playing GHOST RECON RSE instead.
BlackfootStudio built a game around a community. Time for that community to STEP UP and support them.
I wish Blackfoot Studio would hit VG247 front page. Maybe a dev interview perhaps
